How buying works

Items with a listed price check out on this site. Everything else is quoted.

Listed price: add the item to your cart and pay on our checkout page, with payment handled by Stripe. Tax is calculated at checkout. US ground shipping is free on orders of $99 and over, and $9.95 under. Most orders leave the warehouse within 1 to 2 business days, and we email tracking when they ship. Unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Priced by quote: any item without a listed price, larger quantities, items we don't list, or installation in Lake County and the north Chicago suburbs.

1. Build the request. Use Add to quote on product pages, attach a spreadsheet, PDF or photo of your list, or describe the job and we help choose the equipment. Include quantities, the delivery ZIP and timing. No account is needed.

2. We find the parts. We match the exact manufacturer part number, then check price, availability and shipping. If we suggest a different part, we say so and why.

3. Review the quote. We send a link to an itemized quote with a PDF copy. Equipment, freight, tax and services are listed separately. Estimates are marked as estimates. A firm quote shows when it expires.

4. Approve it and we arrange the purchase. A quote request isn't an order, and nothing is charged until you approve.
