Information you provide

We collect the contact details, business information, equipment requirements, delivery details, messages and files you submit through quote, contact and support forms. If you purchase equipment, we also use the information needed to record the purchase, arrange fulfillment and provide support.

Do not submit passwords, payment-card details or sensitive personal documents through these forms. Payment information should be entered only through the payment provider presented during an available checkout.

How information is used

We use these details to respond to requests, review equipment and sourcing options, prepare quotes, arrange purchases and delivery, provide support and maintain business records. Relevant information may be shared with distributors, shipping providers and service providers when needed for those tasks.

We do not sell your inquiry information. Sending a quote, contact or support request does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

Site operation and storage

Forms may keep a temporary submission identifier in your browser session so a retry does not create a second request.
