Requests and quotes

A quote, contact or support request does not create an order. Include accurate requirements and contact details so the request can be reviewed. We may need clarification before a quote can be prepared.

Equipment identity, configuration, condition, quantities, availability and fulfillment terms require verification. Estimates are identified as estimates. A firm quote states its expiration and scope. Changes may require a revised quote.

Purchasing arrangements

Review the equipment, shipping, taxes, procurement charges, services, warranty, return restrictions and payment requirements presented for the specific purchase before approving it. Applicable purchasing terms are recorded in the written quote or available checkout.

Supplier offers and prices can change. An item appearing on the site does not by itself reserve stock or establish a confirmed delivery date. Proposed alternatives are subject to review.

Services

Setup and installation are scoped and priced separately. Site requirements, access, prerequisites, responsibilities and exclusions should be recorded in the applicable quote or service agreement. Equipment procurement alone does not include installation or ongoing technical support.

Site content and use

Buying guides and general site content help prepare a request and compare purchasing details. They do not replace the manufacturer specifications or the terms of a specific purchase. Tell us which requirements must be confirmed for your equipment.

Use forms for legitimate business inquiries. Do not submit malicious files, unauthorized account information, passwords or payment-card details. Brand marks and original site material belong to their respective owners; third-party material retains its stated attribution.

Questions and applicable rights

Contact us before purchasing if the scope or terms are unclear. Nothing on this page excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Product-specific written terms and any separately agreed service agreement should be read with these general terms.
